At our practice we used a combined practice of NLP (Neurolinguistic Programming) and hypnotherapy to change your beliefs and patterns so that you can overcome difficulties perhaps with weight, smoking or other blocks or life challenges. Many of my clients have experienced benefits if they've struggled with brain injury, anxiety, loss, depression or major changes in life, relationships and career.
ReikiAn ancient Japanese technique for releasing stress and mental blocks. You experience a feeling of deep relaxation and a wonderful radiance as the reiki treatment allows you to release all the tension, anxiety, fear or other negative feelings. A state of peace and wellbeing is experienced. Some drift off to sleep. Others feel they have left their body and have other visions and mystical experiences.

EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques) is at the forefront of the new Energy Psychology. Its roots are in the ancient art of Acupuncture as well as recent discoveries in human biology and energy systems.
By tapping on selected points on the face and chest, as well as using words, we can clear away the energy blockages that may be sabotaging your to heal or learn, etc. If done correctly, EFT clears away most emotional problems or blockages quickly, gently and usually permanently in a non-invasive way. While EFT was developed to help with emotional problems, it has been discovered that it relieves physical ailments as well! You can learn to help yourself, and to help family and friends as well. |

Time line Clearing A guided meditation that takes you back to the day you were born or if neccessary even further into your past life. We then travel forward collecting all of the memories and pain that affects you to this day. We then do a process whereby we detach your emotional connection to these memories so they no longer affect your life. Family Counselling Helps you understand the dynamics of your family and gives you tools to help communicate on a better level. It also helps you understand yourself better so that you are able to better measure how your actions affect others. This is especially helpful with families dealing with teenagers.
