Food is the single biggest investment in each person's life, both in time and money.
This brings countless memories and emotional connections (from birth) with food and eating. It is common when we eat we often go into a “trance like state” (food trance) which can cause a person to struggle with portion size or can develop cravings to particular food. In this food trance we go into “autopilot”, and our brain doesn't register what and how much we consume. Typically a person may crave particular food when experiencing stress, sadness or boredom. Inn many cases the habits we form around food can stem from childhood, family diet and food philosophies and practices.
Using hypnosis, we can remove the old programming that is causing you to eat out of habit, emotions, learned past experiences and increase your level of exercise. You can learn self-hypnosis tools that can retrain your eating habits. You can learn to reframe particular feelings about food and learn to be desensitized to foods that you have a negative attraction to.
