"The Sun goes into Aries on April 14 this year, and this marks the beginning of the Vedic spring. Since the Sun is Exalted in Aries,(very powerful), it is very strong, and gives us lots of energy to start new projects, and to keep going on them. Since Aries is an individualistic sign, and one of the meanings of the Sun is the Soul, this is a great time to listen to your inner guidance and follow through on your heart's desires for the next month. 

This year as a whole is an auspicious year, both the Sun and Mercury are said to be very important for this entire calendar year!. Mercury has to do with skill, discrimination, and communication, so we will have access to more of this energy, as well as the light of the Inner Sun.
