Stress Management and Anxiety

Have you asked yourself recently “When is my life going to slow down?” Or maybe you’ve asked yourself “How am I going to get through all of this?”


Either question has a sense of panic/stress associated with it and in today’s high paced, multi tasking, over achieving world, the majority of us are walking around felling stressed and overwhelmed. Did you know that stress is responsible for so many health related issues like heart disease, hormonal imbalance, insomnia, hair loss, poor circulation, digestion, bowel issues and more?

So what are we to do? First of all, we can look at ways to reduce our stress by looking at our day to day schedules and see if there are things we are doing each day - by choice - that adds to our stress. If you have a job that is really stressing you out and feels exhausting day after day then maybe it’s time to consider doing something different. Eating properly and getting enough sleep can also help us deal with stress.
