This is my mother who has lost over -50lbs. Looking back at the before picture my mother could not believe how much weight she had gained over the years. She had trouble walking for long periods of time, she had back aches, headaches, adrenal fatigue and much more. To get these results we started with small daily changes that we could incorporate. We started by changing her breakfast and adding a 15-minute workout every day. She often switched from walking to workout videos on YouTube. Little by little we made changes and we kept her weekends a little more relaxed as far as diet and exercise. It’s not about what you do occasionally, it’s about what you do consistently.
When you are trying to get your weight down and get your health back its about more than just changing your diet. If it was only about the diet we would all be skinny and healthy. It’s about mind, body and spirit. We worked on changing her thoughts and beliefs about herself and incorporated daily meditation. For my mother, her daily meditation consisted of having her morning tea while she listened to the birds. This can look different for everyone. What makes me the happiest if knowing that she is making her health her first priority. I want her to be around for as long as possible and it fills my heart knowing she is happy from the inside out. I love working with people and seeing how they can drastically change their habits so that they can live their best life. Tatiana
