For those of you, who have tried and enjoyed meditation, and those of you, who would like a first time experience, we now will be offering meditation classes by donation, every other Monday night 6-7.30 p.m. Benefits of Meditation: Other than scientifically proven health benefits of meditation – its positive influence on emotional and physical health: -treating heart conditions and many stress-related issues -depression, anxiety -attention disorder -improving memory and close to a 100 health benefits you can look up online or read on in scientific press, here at DYL studio, we’d like to show you the spiritual perspective and benefits a meditation brings.
**For my law of attraction students – the process of meditation is the best process to “uncreate” something we have unintentionally created (poor health, relationship issues, financial problems, etc.). It is one of the highest Abraham processes, we have studied about, which allows us to move from the bottom of the emotional scale (lowest negative emotions) right up to the top - this is what makes it so effective!
