Meditation Classes with Nicole

For those of you, who have tried and enjoyed meditation, and those of you, who would like a first time experience, we now will be offering meditation classes by donation, every other Monday night 6-7.30 p.m.

Benefits of Meditation:
Other than scientifically proven health benefits of meditation – its positive influence on emotional and physical health: 
-treating heart conditions and many stress-related issues
-depression, anxiety
-attention disorder
-improving memory
and close to a 100 health benefits you can look up online or read on in scientific press, here at DYL studio, we’d like to show you the spiritual perspective and benefits a meditation brings. 
  • Meditation enables you connect with your Higher Self, and therefore increases your intuition to help you know what the right choices in your everyday life are.
  • Practice of meditation helps you connect with your Passed Loved Ones, as you increase your vibrational frequency, you become more accessible to the higher beings, such as Angels, Guides and Passed Loved Ones.
  • Meditation is quieting your mind, and calming down the excessive thoughts. Since based on the law of attraction our thoughts are magnetic and what we think and feel sooner or later manifests in our lives, it is okay if we think positive thoughts as they manifest as good health, wellness and situations we enjoy, but what about the negative thoughts?
  • Well, negative thoughts create what we do not enjoy and eventually, if strong enough - medical conditions. This is unfortunately how it works. Every thought pattern and emotional pattern, if repeated long enough has a medical condition equivalent to it, therefore, meditation has a healing power, as we can undo what we have manifested, by reseting our mind and replacing the negative thought/belief pattern with a positive affirmation.
  • Our mind tends to keep on going on various subjects until we don’t take charge of it – process of meditation has been proven to be the most effective.

**For my law of attraction students – the process of meditation is the best process to “uncreate” something we have unintentionally created (poor health, relationship issues, financial problems, etc.). It is one of the highest Abraham processes, we have studied about, which allows us to move from the bottom of the emotional scale (lowest negative emotions) right up to the top - this is what makes it so effective! I hope to see many of you there!**
