Our behaviour and our choices are based on what we have experienced in the past and our subconscious minds want to protect us from real or imagined harm. It is beneficial in times when we may be placing ourselves in dangerous situations and we need to be safe. However in times when an irrational fear takes over it can prevent us from achieving success, from having new experiences, and even from doing normal activities once it goes too far.
Hypnosis or meditation more regularly can simply help a person gain more control of their thoughts, emotions and actions just by placing themselves in a relaxed state for as little as 5 to 10 minutes a day. Purposeful meditation or hypnosis can shift unwanted emotional reactions as well as deep rooted patters.
