Benefits of Meditation; Its Influence on Mind, Body & Spirit

Meditation has been proven to improve emotional health: reduce stress, anxiety, depression, panic disorder symptoms, and regulating emotions and memory by increasing grey matter concentration in the brain.
It relieves pain, helps manage ADHD, sharpens ability to focus, increases awareness of unconcious mind, reduces risk of heart diseases, decreases inflammatory disorders, cellular level inflammation, and reduces risk of Alzeimer’s.

There really is about a 100 benefits of meditation you can read on online, but I’d like to make you aware of even more important, spiritual perspective on meditation, which explains its miraculous healing properties.

Meditation is quieting and withdrawal from our conscious mind.
You may or may not know, our world is based on the law of attraction, and all of your thoughts have creative magnetic power. Therefore, the average of what you think and feel is attracted to your reality. The quality of your thoughts and feelings on a particular subject, equals the quality of your life – your health, relationships and financial matters.

When quieting the mind in the process of meditation, you’re clearing your mind from excessive negative thoughts, contradicting your desires, and therefore not allowing your desires to manifest. Therefore, meditation had been proven to be the most powerful process used by any person deliberately creating what they want with the law of attraction.

The healing power of meditation is based on the fact that every dis-ease (body not at ease), is created by our negative thoughts and feelings. Regular withdrawal from our negative thinking during the process of meditation brings healing of the conditions modern medicine already discovered meditation has effect on, and the miracles science still cannot explain.

The same property of meditation can be applied to any other desire. If you want to manifest a realtionship, or improve your current realtionship, but you keep thinking negatively about it, then the relationship cannot manifest or improve, as your negative thoughts and feelings stand in the way of improvement. Withdrawing your attention from the subject and clearning your mind from the negative patterns during the process of meditation, helps you stop the negative thoughts about the relationship you’re trying to work on, which allows the positive thoughts and improvement to come in.

When you have been sad or angry about a situation, it was not easy to suddenly go from negative emotions straight to positive feelings about this same particular subject. Here, meditation acts like a reset point 0. We are feeling negative emotions, we reset ourselves through meditation, and now we are able and ready to start a positive momentum, which will manifest our desire.

I can’t emphasize the benefits of meditation and the amazing important role it plays. 15 minutes a day is more than enough to get your energy fixed and turn the situations you’re struggling with around.
